According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, the Rams sent the No. 29 pick in the 2026 draft, along with 2026 fifth- and sixth-round picks and a 2027 third-round pick to land the three-time Pro Bowler.

This trade represents the Rams' aggressive approach to maximizing their Super Bowl window with quarterback Matthew Stafford coming off an MVP season. Los Angeles has a history of trading for veteran defensive backs, having previously acquired Marcus Peters in 2018 and Jalen Ramsey in 2019. McDuffie, 26, brings elite coverage skills to a defense that allowed the NFL's second-best Total QBR to opposing quarterbacks last season.
