GREEN BAY, Wis. -- Packers coach Matt La Fleur has a humorous solution for potential conflicts during Wednesday's joint practice against the Arizona Cardinals: he and opposing head coach Mike La Fleur, his younger brother, will settle any disputes themselves. "If there's an issue... we'll throw down on the 50," Matt joked.

Their parents, Denny and Kristi La Fleur, will witness their sons coaching simultaneously for the first time. Living in Green Bay after raising them in Mount Pleasant, Michigan, they are expected to wear both Packers green and Cardinals red. Matt enters his eighth season, while Mike is in his first at age 39.

Despite being seven years apart, Mike isn't afraid to challenge Matt's practice schedules. Matt noted that Mike is quick to criticize, but described the dynamic as healthy with good give-and-take. The entire coaching staffs will gather Wednesday night before Friday's preseason finale at Lambeau Field.

While Matt prioritizes the Green Bay Packers, he admitted the Arizona Cardinals are the only other team he would root for. He also expressed confidence that practice footage won't leak, citing strong connections among NFL staffs that usually deter such actions.
