Los Angeles Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert announced his engagement to singer-songwriter Madison Beer on Tuesday. The couple shared the news via a joint Instagram post, simply captioned, "Meet my fiancé."

Herbert and Beer were first seen together in August 2025 on the set of a music video, igniting dating rumors. Beer later attended Chargers games, and their relationship was seemingly confirmed with a sideline kiss before a Week 5 game. They were also seen at a Los Angeles Dodgers World Series game and supporting the Los Angeles Lakers courtside.

Herbert even co-starred in Beer's music video for "lovergirl." Chargers coach Jim Harbaugh humorously reacted to Herbert missing voluntary offseason activities to support Beer on tour, offering him a ride to the airport and expressing happiness for the quarterback's support. The engagement announcement garnered over 800,000 likes on Instagram within an hour.
