The Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame is launching an exhibit dedicated to Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry, marking the first time an active player has received this honor in its nearly 75-year history. The exhibit, titled "Stephen Curry: Beyond the Arc," opens to the public on Friday, July 24, in Springfield, Massachusetts. It will showcase artifacts from his career, including Olympic and championship memorabilia, game-worn gear, and archival footage documenting his rise from an unheralded prospect to a four-time NBA champion.

Curry expressed his gratitude, stating, "Being part of the Basketball Hall of Fame in this way is hard to put into words." He reflected on his journey, crediting the people who believed in him and the work put in behind the scenes. The exhibit celebrates his impact not only on the game but also as a role model.

John Doleva, President & CEO of the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame, called it a "historic moment," acknowledging Curry's redefinition of basketball and his exemplary role model status. Curry is preparing for his 18th professional season and aims to play at least two more. He is also eligible for extension talks with the Warriors in late August.
