Free agent John Collins has agreed to a three-year, $51 million contract with the Detroit Pistons, completing the team's pursuit of a starting power forward. Collins averaged 13.6 points and 5.3 rebounds per game last season while shooting 55% from the field and 40% from three-point range. The 28-year-old spent his early career as Trae Young's pick-and-roll partner in Atlanta before stints with Utah and the Clippers.
