Anamaria Goltes, ex-fiancée of Luka Doncic, has withdrawn her child support petition filed in Los Angeles. The petition, which also sought attorney fees, was intended to be resolved amicably and by mutual agreement for the best interests of their children.

Goltes, mother to daughters Gabriela, 2, and Olivia, 7 months, lives in Slovenia. She filed the petition in California earlier this year, but a responsive pleading stated her intention to resolve the matter outside of court. This comes after Doncic filed an interim injunction with Slovenian courts in February, seeking contact, joint custody, and child support for his daughters.

The custody resolution is reportedly ongoing under Slovenian jurisdiction. Doncic had previously stated his intention to spend the summer with his daughters in Slovenia, opting out of FIBA World Cup qualifying games. He is also hosting the Lakers roster for a minicamp in Ljubljana from Aug. 20 to Aug. 24.
