Bucks guard Kevin Porter Jr. underwent arthroscopic knee surgery on his right knee Tuesday in Vail, Colorado, ending his 2025-26 campaign just eight minutes into the season opener. Coach Doc Rivers revealed the injury occurred during Milwaukee's first game against the Nets, abruptly halting Porter's promising start. "It was devastating," Rivers said, noting Porter averaged 17.4 points, 7.4 assists, and 5.2 rebounds in 38 games before the setback. The 25-year-old guard, who last played March 17, expressed regret to Rivers: "I didn't come through for you."
