Tiger Woods' Medical Records Accessible to Prosecutors in DUI Case

Prosecutors can now access Tiger Woods' medical records from Cleveland Clinic Martin South Hospital following his March DUI arrest, a judge ruled. This decision stems from an agreement between Woods' defense and the State Attorney's Office. The records are limited to prosecutors and law enforcement, ensuring privacy under a protective order.

This follows a previous agreement allowing access to Woods' prescription medication records from a Palm Beach pharmacy for the first three months of the year. Authorities found two pain pills on Woods after his SUV crashed. He has pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence.

Woods agreed to a Breathalyzer test showing no alcohol but refused a urine sample. He later sought treatment at an inpatient facility abroad. Woods made a public appearance at the PGA Tour's Travelers Championship recently, introducing CEO Brian Rolapp.

Woods' legal team is seeking to limit the disclosure of sensitive medical information as the DUI case proceeds. The court's decision allows prosecutors a closer look at the golfer's condition at the time of his arrest.
