Knoxville, Tennessee – Candace Parker, Elena Delle Donne and Minnesota Lynx coach Cheryl Reeve were inducted into the Women’s Basketball Hall of Fame Saturday. Parker, a two‑time WNBA MVP and Olympic gold medalist, joined Delle Donne, also a two‑time MVP, while Reeve, who guided the Lynx to four titles, entered as a coach. The ceremony marked their final retirements after 2023.

Parker’s career spanned three franchises, winning titles with the Sparks, Sky and Aces, while Delle Donne led the Mystics to a 2019 championship. Reeve’s 378 regular‑season wins place her two behind the league record, and her 430 total wins top the all‑time leaderboard. All three will also enter the Naismith Hall in August, cementing their legacies for future generations.

During the induction, Reeve reflected on her journey from a $5,000 assistant salary to a celebrated head coach, noting the hardships of early WNBA years. Parker honored late Tennessee coach Pat Summitt with a custom suit, while Delle Donne praised Knoxville fans and her sister’s inspiration. The night underscored how competition forged their greatness and secured their place in history.
