Mike Burrows debut for Houston Astros against Los Angeles Angels is a top streaming pitcher, per ESPN. The Pirates traded for the right-hander, who allowed just three earned runs over 18 spring innings, securing the No. 3 rotation spot. Facing the Angels' weak offense, he's rostered in only 12.6% of leagues, making him a prime streaming target. Sandy Alcantara also offers value, available in one-quarter of ESPN leagues, against Colorado's defense-focused lineup.
Avoid Emmet Sheehan (Dodgers) with minimal spring work. Stream Heriberto Hernandez and Austin Slater for Miami against Rockies LHP Kyle Freeland, who's been ineffective away from Coors Field.
