Conor McGregor, 38, called for a rematch with Max Holloway during International Fight Week 2027 in Las Vegas, dubbing it "The Last Dance" — the final fight of his UFC contract. He posted on Instagram Monday with video from his UFC 329 warmup.

At UFC 329 on July 11, McGregor suffered a torn ACL throwing a kick in the opening seconds, resulting in a first-round TKO loss to Holloway. He is expected to undergo surgery.

The fighters are 1-1; McGregor won their 2013 featherweight bout via decision. This welterweight fight was their second meeting. Holloway has expressed desire to wait for McGregor's return to complete the trilogy.

McGregor hasn't ruled out re-signing with UFC after his contract expires but would be free to pursue other offers. The potential 2027 bout would cap their rivalry.
