Milwaukee Bucks superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo is expected to return Monday against the Boston Celtics after missing 15 games with a right calf injury, sources told ESPN's Shams Charania. The two-time MVP has been officially listed as questionable on Milwaukee's injury report since suffering the injury against the Denver Nuggets on Jan. 23.

Antetokounmpo's return comes at a crucial juncture for the Bucks, who went 8-7 during his absence - a marked improvement from their 3-11 record without him in previous seasons. Milwaukee enters Monday's game with a 26-33 record, sitting in the No. 11 spot in the Eastern Conference, three games behind the Charlotte Hornets for the final play-in tournament position.

This will mark Antetokounmpo's first game back since the NBA trade deadline, when both he and the Bucks explored their options for the future. Despite the speculation, Milwaukee remains committed to proving to their superstar that his best chance to win another championship is in Wisconsin. Antetokounmpo has missed 29 games this season due to the recurring calf issue but still averages 28.0 points, 10.0 rebounds and 5.6 assists in the 30 games he has played.
