UFC president Dana White has dismissed any tension with heavyweight champion Tom Aspinall following his business partnership with boxing promoter Eddie Hearn. Aspinall recently signed with Matchroom Talent Agency while remaining under UFC contract, marking a rare crossover between the two combat sports organizations.

White addressed the arrangement at UFC 326, stating he has no issues with Aspinall working with Hearn. The relationship between White and Hearn has been strained since Zuffa Boxing signed Conor Benn away from Matchroom. White compared the situation to when Tito Ortiz represented fighters while still competing in the UFC.

White also denied questioning the severity of Aspinall's eye injury that forced a no-contest against Ciryl Gane. The champion underwent surgery on both eyes last month after 14 months away from competition. White emphasized he respects Aspinall and believes he will return to fighting, though no timeline has been established. Aspinall has expressed interest in a rematch with Gane when cleared to compete.
