Condé Nast C.E.O. Leaves to Run Mattel

Roger Lynch, who has led Condé Nast for more than seven years, is leaving to become the chief executive of Mattel, the toy company, he announced Wednesday.

Lynch's departure marks a significant leadership change at the publisher of Vogue, The New Yorker, and other major titles. His tenure saw the company navigate digital transformation and industry challenges.

At Mattel, Lynch will take the helm of a company known for iconic brands like Barbie and Hot Wheels. His experience in media and technology is expected to guide the toy maker's strategic direction.

The move was confirmed by Lynch himself, signaling a smooth transition as he prepares to assume his new role.
