Coalesce Capital has made a growth investment in Clear Defense Pest Control, an independent residential pest control provider in the Southeast, for undisclosed terms. Founded in 2013, Clear Defense operates 27 locations across 16 states and offers general pest, mosquito, and termite control. The company has grown organically through a multi-channel approach to customer acquisition. Its founders and management team will retain a meaningful equity interest and continue to lead the business alongside Coalesce.

Stephanie Geveda, founder and managing partner at Coalesce, noted that pest control is an attractive residential services market with recurring revenue, resilient demand, and significant fragmentation. Coalesce will support Clear Defense as it expands across existing and adjacent markets. Coalesce has more than $1.8 billion of regulatory assets under management and invests in human capital-driven and technology-enabled services companies.
