Pollen Street Capital-backed OrderYOYO has acquired Cashdesk, an independent white label software and payments company based in the Netherlands. The acquisition marks Order YOYO's second bolt-on since Pollen Street's investment in May 2025 and its sixth acquisition since 2022 as part of its European expansion strategy.

Founded in 2000 by Rolf van Alten, Cashdesk serves more than 700 restaurant partners in the Netherlands with products including e-commerce tools, point-of-sale software, online and offline payment processing, and self-service kiosks. The company brings more than 2 million orders annually onto Order YOYO's platform.

Order YOYO provides embedded payments and software for quick service restaurants across Europe. The Cashdesk deal continues the platform's accelerated expansion across the region, building on previous acquisitions since 2022.
