Copper's latest induction range, the new Charlie, brings significant upgrades over its predecessor. The broiler now delivers up to 3,000 watts, up from 2,700 watts, and the oven preheats to 350 degrees Fahrenheit in just 3 minutes and 50 seconds—a 15 percent improvement. Burners are also stronger at 3 kW induction zones, compared to 2.8 kW previously.

Crucially, the new Charlie now supports both 120 and 240-volt outlets, making installation simpler without needing an electrician. Core features like the built-in battery, onboard display, and precise temperature control remain. Aesthetic options now include cherry-finished handles and knobs.

Behind the scenes, Copper has partnered with Miele to manufacture the Charlie at its factory in Alabama, boosting production and reliability. However, the price has increased by $800: the stainless steel model costs $6,799, and the walnut version is $7,199. For those in the northeast, Copper has teamed up with Royal Green to offer showroom viewing in New York and New Jersey.
