Two Sigma Investments co-founder John Overdeck testified in his divorce trial that maintaining equal control of the quantitative hedge fund with co-founder David Siegel is a "principal concern" for him in any division of marital assets. The two billionaires have feuded with each other for years, and things became bad enough that Two Sigma disclosed the rift as a material risk in 2023. But Overdeck is now embroiled in a divorce fight in which his wife Laura is seeking 35% of his stake in Two Sigma, which she estimates is worth $6.2 billion.
