Swedish legal‑tech firm Legora closed a $600 million Series D, pushing its valuation to $5.6 billion after a $50 million extension. The round added Nvidia’s venture arm NVentures and Atlassian, plus financial backers such as Adams Street Partners and Insight Partners.

With the new capital, Legora aims to expand its agentic AI suite, following last month’s acquisition of Canadian startup Walter AI and the earlier purchase of Stockholm‑based Qura. The company already tops $100 million in annual recurring revenue and serves over 1,000 corporate clients.

CEO Max Junestrand said the deal funds a “full agentic operating system for legal work,” positioning Legora at the forefront of autonomous legal services. The infusion also signals investor confidence in enterprise AI’s commercial viability.

Legora’s rapid growth and strategic acquisitions underscore a broader shift toward AI‑powered legal workflows, making the firm a key player in a market expected to exceed $30 billion by 2026.
