Coller Capital has emerged as the sole lead investor on Verdane's €635 million multi-asset continuation fund, marking a significant vote of confidence in the European private equity secondaries market. StepStone participated as a co-underwriter on the transaction, according to a statement reviewed by Secondaries Investor.

Verdane Lif Continuation I closed last month, PEI Group data shows. The deal includes Arrive Group, representing only the second time a private equity firm has moved its exposure to this particular asset into a continuation vehicle. Lazard advised on the transaction.

Continuation funds have become an increasingly popular tool for GPs seeking to extend hold periods on assets while providing liquidity to existing investors. This transaction signals sustained appetite from institutional investors for secondary exposure to mature private equity portfolios.
