The single-asset continuation vehicle process for Exponent's H&MV Engineering was heavily oversubscribed and did not reach the syndication market, Secondaries Investor understands. Apollo S3, Pantheon, and SQ Capital have co-led investors on the London-headquartered firm's circa €750 million single-asset CV.

Exponent has closed the single-asset CV for H&MV Engineering, an Ireland-based provider of specialist high-voltage electrical engineering services for data centres, battery energy storage systems, utilities, and renewables, according to a statement.

The transaction marks another significant continuation vehicle for Exponent, which has been active in the secondaries market. The involvement of Apollo's S3 platform, Pantheon, and SQ Capital signals continued confidence in the GP-led secondaries space, particularly for assets aligned with digital infrastructure and energy transition themes.
