Copenhagen-based real estate manager Urban Partners has appointed Jennifer Andersson as partner to spearhead its North American investor relations efforts. Andersson, previously an executive at Niam, will focus on cultivating deeper capital relationships within the US and Canadian markets, marking a significant expansion for the Northern Europe-focused firm.

Effective July 1, Andersson’s mandate involves expanding strategic partnerships with investors predominantly based in the United States and Canada. Based in Stockholm, she will report directly to co-CEO Claus Mathisen, who leads the firm's capital formation initiatives. This move signals Urban Partners' ambition to broaden its investor base beyond its traditional European stronghold.

The appointment of Andersson, with her prior experience in capital raising, positions Urban Partners to tap into substantial North American investment pools.
