Chatham Financial is acquiring New York-based capital advisory firm Hodes Weill & Associates, bringing together two established names in private real estate advisory. The deal strengthens Chatham's footprint in the capital markets space.

Founders David Hodes and Doug Weill will join Chatham's executive leadership team, reporting directly to CEO Matt Henry. Both founders are expected to become significant shareholders in the combined firm.
