Main Capital Partners has acquired a majority stake in Good Solutions, a Swedish provider of manufacturing software platforms. The Gothenburg-based company's RS Production platform enables real-time production monitoring, equipment effectiveness measurement, and energy tracking for over 280 manufacturing plants across food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, and automotive sectors.

This acquisition reflects growing private equity interest in smart manufacturing as European industry becomes increasingly data-driven. The manufacturing sector remains Europe's largest economic contributor, creating structural demand for productivity-enhancing software. Main Capital plans to support Good Solutions through a selective buy-and-build strategy targeting cross-border expansion beyond its Nordic base.

The deal positions Main Capital to capitalize on the rapidly growing market for vertical software solutions in industrial settings. Good Solutions currently generates most revenue in Sweden and neighboring markets but serves customers across Europe and the Americas. The management team will remain actively involved to accelerate international growth and expand into adjacent market segments.
