Advent has agreed to buy a majority stake in Salt & Stone, a Los Angeles‑based body‑care brand that pulls in more than $165m in revenue. The company posted double‑digit growth across all channels in 2025, cementing its status as one of the fastest‑growing premium beauty names.

The deal will back Salt & Stone’s next phase of international expansion, sharpening its presence in direct‑to‑consumer and premium retail channels worldwide. The brand already enjoys a strong following through Sephora, Amazon and a growing DTC business, positioning it for accelerated global reach in the coming years.

Founder and CEO Nima Jalali will stay on, retaining an equity stake alongside the existing leadership team, ensuring continuity as the company scales. The transaction also signals the exit of minority investor Humble Growth, following its earlier investment in Salt & Stone in the near term.

Advent’s purchase underscores a broader private‑equity focus on consumer beauty assets with strong direct‑to‑consumer capabilities and global expansion potential. By injecting capital and strategic support, the firm positions itself to capture market share in a segment that continues to attract investor interest and drive premium brand growth.
