Zenex Animal Health India, backed by Multiples PE, has acquired a majority stake in Netherlands-based VievePharm, a leader in phytogenic animal nutrition solutions.

This strategic move positions Zenex to expand its global footprint in the natural animal health market while establishing a dedicated manufacturing and sales hub in Western Europe, according to the announcement.

VievePharm's expertise in phytogenic formulations for livestock, equine, and pet care complements Zenex's existing therapeutic and vaccine portfolio, accelerating the Indian company's entry into the international "naturals" segment.
