GHK Capital Partners-backed WSB has acquired Austin-based Foresight Planning & Engineering Services for undisclosed terms. The deal marks WSB’s ninth acquisition in three years and strengthens the company’s presence in Texas. Foresight, co-founded by Erin Perkins-Watry and Michael Watry, serves public-sector clients across Texas and adds to WSB’s multidisciplinary team.

WSB, a design and consulting firm specializing in engineering, community planning, environmental and construction services, now operates from more than 50 offices with approximately 1,800 employees nationwide, serving government, commercial and energy market clients. WSB and Foresight plan to integrate their services and develop a coordinated go-to-market approach in 2026. GHK Capital Partners is a middle-market private equity firm based in Greenwich, Connecticut, focused on control investments in industrial companies across North America.
