Wolf-Gordon Acquires Andor Willow and Walls & Interiors

Wolf-Gordon, a New York City-based provider of wallcoverings and high-performance interior surface finishes, has acquired two interior surfaces providers: Toronto-based Andor Willow and Dallas-based Look Walls & Interiors. No financial terms were disclosed regarding the transactions.

Andor Willow specializes in wood wall panels and room dividers, while Look Walls & Interiors focuses on custom and digitally printed wallcoverings. Following the acquisition, Andor Willow founder Sascha Tettero-Weyman and Look Walls co-founders Lindsay White and Lester Blumenthal will continue to lead their respective businesses.

Backed by Charger Investment Partners, Wolf-Gordon has been a player in the architecture and design community since it was founded in 1967. Kimberly Pollack, co-founder and partner at Charger, stated that they look to partner with and help scale founder-led businesses like these to help the team outpace the market.
