Tayeh Capital Group has acquired a majority stake in Council Advisors, a New York City-based C-suite advisory firm. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Council Advisors, founded in 2004, boasts over 160 professionals organized into three distinct practice groups: SSA & Company, The Miles Group, and High Lantern Group. Dave Niles serves as the co-founder and CEO of Council Advisors.

Dave Tayeh, co-founder and managing partner of Tayeh Capital Group, highlighted Council Advisors' expertise in helping C-suite executives and boards navigate complex challenges during times of constant change. He praised the firm's differentiated service lines and successful track record.

Houlihan Lokey acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Council Advisors, while Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP and Vedder Price P.C. provided legal counsel to Tayeh Capital Group and Council Advisors, respectively.
