Spatco Energy Solutions, backed by Kian Capital, has acquired two Florida-based companies - Discovery Tank Testing and Tank Wizards. These represent the platform's fifth and sixth partnerships since closing its single-asset continuation fund in July 2024, signaling continued aggressive expansion in the fuel infrastructure services sector.

Discovery Tank Testing provides environmental compliance and testing services to retail fueling sites and commercial operators. Tank Wizards specializes in fuel tank-cleaning, fuel polishing and heavy maintenance services. Both businesses complement Spatco's existing turnkey infrastructure offerings across fueling, environmental and EV charging market segments.
