Thompson Street Capital Partners-backed PestCo has acquired Arrow Pest Control, a Morganville, New Jersey-based pest control company founded in 1973. The deal expands PestCo's geographic footprint beyond its St. Louis headquarters into the Northeast market.

Jay Keating leads PestCo as CEO, though financial terms of the acquisition remain undisclosed. Arrow Pest Control brings decades of established customer relationships to the combined entity, having served residential and commercial clients for over 50 years.
