Nazca Capital, via its Nazca Opportunities strategy, has acquired a majority stake in Madrid Artes Digitales (MAD), a company specializing in immersive cultural experiences. MAD, founded in 2021, creates and produces experiences using technologies like 360-degree projection, VR, AR, and holograms.

MAD's portfolio includes successful productions such as 'Tutankhamun: The Immersive Exhibition' and 'Cleopatra: The Immersive Exhibition,' which have collectively sold over five million tickets globally and garnered numerous awards. The company is set to premiere 'La Odisea' in September.

Following the acquisition, Stardust International and Inmersivas Digitales will retain significant minority stakes. MAD's current management will continue to lead the company, and Layers of Reality will remain an international licensing partner. Nazca Capital plans to support MAD in developing new productions, expanding its licensing network, and establishing new venues.
