Kyip Capital has invested in Chiron Group, a Turin, Italy-based healthcare provider focused on diagnostic, surgery, and rehabilitation services. The investment will support Chiron's buy-and-build strategy through targeted M&A initiatives as the company seeks to expand its platform. Chiron generated revenues exceeding €21 million in 2025, establishing itself as a significant player in Italy's healthcare sector.

The Italian healthcare operator runs two distinct business lines. Radiological Service delivers outsourced services to more than 30 healthcare facilities across the country. Chiron Salute operates a proprietary network of nine outpatient clinics located in key regions including Piedmont, Lombardy, and Tuscany. This dual approach allows Chiron to serve both institutional clients and direct patients with comprehensive diagnostic services.

"Chiron represents a tangible example of a solid and scalable platform capable of addressing a key healthcare priority: strengthening community diagnostics as a lever for prevention and early diagnosis," said Eugenio Conforti, partner at Kyip Capital. The investment will support structured growth combining organic development and selective acquisitions while enhancing the operating model to create a more accessible healthcare system.
