IK Partners has agreed to acquire Selatek, a technical installation business, from Amplio Private Equity. The Stockholm-based company was established in 2022 following Amplio's acquisition of Levinsgruppen in 2021.

Selatek employs over 900 full-time staff and serves nearly 6,000 customers across security, electrical, and automation services. The company specializes in installations for buildings, infrastructure, and industrial environments, with particular expertise in security-sensitive operations.

This acquisition represents IK Partners' expansion into the Nordic technical services market. The deal highlights continued investor interest in specialized installation businesses with strong customer bases and technical expertise in critical infrastructure sectors.
