FSN Capital has floated its Danish technical‑installation platform InstallatørGruppen on Nasdaq Copenhagen. The IPO priced shares at DKr15 each, valuing the company at roughly DKr4.5bn (about $695 million). The listing adds a new mid‑cap to the exchange and gives investors exposure to a fast‑growing services group, with a track record of rapid expansion and strong cash flow generation.

Founded in early 2023, InstallatørGruppen has pursued an aggressive bolt‑on strategy, completing 47 acquisitions across Denmark and Switzerland. Those deals added 42 Danish and five Swiss firms to its portfolio, driving revenue from DKr1.4bn in 2023 to an estimated DKr3.7bn by 2025. The surge reflects rising demand for integrated technical services and positions the group to benefit from infrastructure upgrades nationwide.

FSN Capital will retain roughly 47 % of InstallatørGruppen’s equity after the float, ensuring continued influence over strategic direction. The firm’s stake signals confidence in the business model and provides a stable shareholder base for the newly public entity. Retention also aligns FSN’s interests with those of outside investors and may support future capital raises without diluting existing holdings.

The market debut gives investors a direct play on the consolidation trend in Europe’s technical installation sector. With revenue projected to more than double by 2025, the stock offers upside tied to continued M&A activity and infrastructure spending. Analysts will watch whether the group can sustain growth margins as it scales, and manage integration risks across its diverse acquisitions.
