Enverus, the Austin-based energy data platform backed by Blackstone, acquired four exchange platforms from PDS Energy Information. The deal includes the Frac Interference Exchange, Well Data Exchange, Production Data Exchange, and Aqua Trade, expanding Enverus's footprint in upstream energy data services.

Enverus already operates Energy Link and Open Invoice, two of the energy sector's largest commercial exchange networks. These platforms serve over 500 operators, 40,000 suppliers, and 250,000 receivers across the industry, making it a significant player in energy data infrastructure.

The acquisition strengthens Enverus's position as the leading AI and data platform for energy companies. By adding these specialized exchange platforms, the company can offer more comprehensive data services to upstream operators and suppliers. This consolidation reflects growing demand for integrated energy data solutions.

The move signals continued consolidation in energy technology as companies seek to build one-stop platforms for industry data exchange. Enverus now controls critical infrastructure that facilitates transactions and data sharing across the US upstream sector.
