Ardian has agreed to sell its stake in Nova Reperta, a Brussels-based management consulting firm, to Tilleghem. The transaction marks Ardian's exit from its investment made in 2021, when the private equity firm backed the company's growth strategy.

Nova Reperta, founded in 2011, specializes in value creation programs, digital transformations, and operating model redesigns. Since Ardian's investment, the company has expanded its service offerings and strengthened its market presence, according to a statement from Ardian.
