Foresight Group’s continuation vehicle for transport operator Kinetic comes as it winds up its Diversified Infrastructure Trust.

The A$660m deal is led by Hamilton Lane, with investors across Asia-Pacific, Australia, Europe, New Zealand and the UK. The transaction centers on Kinetic and covers transport, core-plus funds, funds of funds, secondaries, general partners, limited partners, fundraising and sustainability.
