Climate Adaptive Infrastructure has appointed Aaron Gold as partner and president, a newly created role aimed at expanding the firm's East Coast presence. The former Argo MD will be based in New York.

Gold will lead CAI's next phase of growth alongside founder Bill Green. The position was developed over 18 months as the current team recognized the need for additional experienced leadership during expansion.

CAI specializes in low-carbon real assets and has been building its management team to support larger-scale investments. The presidential appointment signals strategic preparation for geographic and asset-class expansion beyond California.
