Regal Healthcare Capital Partners has announced the close of its fourth private equity fund. The fund — RHCP IV — closed at $610 million of total commitments and closed above its original target of $550 million. Regal, founded in 2018 and based in New York, is a control growth equity and buyout firm focused exclusively on lower middle market healthcare services companies.

The firm targets multi-site and/or provider-led businesses with revenue between $20 million and $100 million and EBITDA between $2 million and $10 million. This fundraise marks a significant milestone for the firm, which continues to focus on the healthcare services sector.

With this new capital, Regal aims to continue its strategy of partnering with founders and management teams to build leading healthcare platforms. The oversubscribed fund reflects strong investor confidence in the firm's niche focus and track record.
