Infrastructure Funds Draw Significant Capital

Digital Infrastructure funds are attracting substantial investor commitments, with Digital Transformation Capital Partners (DTCP) in its latest European digital infrastructure fund's first close. The value-add fund has secured two-thirds of its target just seven months after its launch. In a separate development, Brookfield's Csquare is for data centers via a $1.35 billion initial public offering, offering a rare public exit for its private infrastructure fund. Furthermore, EQT has deal for power and data centers, while I Squared Capital has to bolster its Asian presence. Rivage, meanwhile, has for its debt fund.
