Startup Funding

It was a monster week for U.S. startup funding, with four companies each raising $1bn or more. The Boring Co. led with a $3bn Series D, followed by AI coding startup Cognition at $2bn.

Healthcare Deals

Avesi Partners-backed Danforth Health acquired rare disease consultancy Ambit RD, which brings AI-powered patient identification and analytics tools to the platform. Ambit was founded to help biopharma companies navigate commercial challenges in rare and specialty disease markets.
