Team Europe captain Luke Donald has already brought together many of his prospective Ryder Cup 2027 line-up at Adare Manor in Ireland, giving potential players an early taste of next year's venue. The trip followed the Amgen Irish Open, with 16 players joining Donald and his vice-captains for a team dinner and 18 holes on Monday.

The group included 10 members from last year's victorious squad, two players with prior Ryder Cup experience, and four potential debutants. Notable attendees included Jon Rahm, Alex Noren, Nicolai Hojgaard, Alex Fitzpatrick, Kristoffer Reitan, Eugenio Chacarra, Ángel Ayora, and Shane Lowry, who arrived late after his record-breaking 11-shot win at the Amgen Irish Open.

Rahm praised the experience, saying, "Any time I'm asked to go to Adare Manor, I'm going to go happily and willingly. It's one of the best hotel golf course experiences there is in the world." Justin Rose described it as "a lovely boys' day out" with some intention-setting ahead of the competition.

Only Rory McIlroy and Rasmus Hojgaard missed the gathering from the 2023 winning team. The casual round provided rookies with their first look at the course, helping settle nerves and building excitement for the upcoming contest.
