M|C Partners has made an undisclosed strategic investment in Diverge IT, a Torrance, California-based managed IT and managed security services provider serving mid-sized businesses and enterprises nationwide for more than 27 years. The investment will support Diverge IT's next phase of growth and establish the company as a platform for acquiring additional managed service providers.

Chief executive Jarrod Koch will remain at the helm and will work with M|C Partners to identify and integrate acquisition targets while continuing to scale organic growth. The capital is intended to help the company expand its solution portfolio, advance AI-driven capabilities, and pursue additional MSPs as acquisition targets in the coming months.
