Andera Partners has announced the opening of a new office in Frankfurt, marking the firm's second location in Germany. From this base, the firm will primarily drive market penetration using Andera Acto's "sponsorless mezzanine" strategy. Sébastien Neiss, who joined Andera Partners as senior advisor for Germany in 2025, has been appointed director within the Andera Acto team and will lead the Frankfurt office's operations. The Frankfurt office will also serve as a hub for other Andera Partners teams pursuing development opportunities in Germany.

Andera Partners is already active in Germany through Andera Life Sciences, a team focused on life sciences and biotech that has been operating in the region for over 20 years. Andera Life Sciences has maintained an office in Munich since 2021.
