The Emmy Awards Creative Arts ceremony kicked off this weekend, with the Primetime ceremony scheduled for September 14th. So far, Apple TV has led the pack with a record-breaking 20 wins. Much of this success is attributable to the breakout comedy Widows Bay, which earned 8 wins and is on track to sweep the top comedy prizes.

Other Apple TV titles contributing include Pluribus with 4 wins, Margo's Got Money Troubles with 3, Palm Royale with 3, and Mr. Scorsese with 1. In total, Apple TV titles have secured 19 wins, supplemented by a win for the company's "I'm Not Remarkable" commercial. So far, Apple sits in third place with 20 wins, behind HBO Max (16) and Netflix (13), though Netflix and HBO totals are expected to rise as Primetime categories are announced.

Apple is expected to dominate comedy categories but may lose out to competitors like The Pitt in drama. With 89 nominations entering the season, Apple's success highlights strong industry critical acclaim for its programming. The full Primetime Emmy ceremony will reveal the final standings next Monday.
