The integrated hardware-software architecture addresses GPU memory limitations for large language models, enabling enterprises to deploy on-premises AI with greater scalability and cost efficiency. The TD7P51 ECO offers capacities up to 15.36 TB across U.2, E1. S, and E3. S form factors, featuring Flexible Data Placement technology.

The DDR5 R-DIMM delivers speeds up to 6,400 MT/s and capacities from 32 GB to 128 GB, providing high-bandwidth memory for AI computing and data center workloads. Together, these solutions empower enterprises to scale AI beyond GPU limits with flexibility and cost efficiency.
