England secured a 3-0 series sweep over Ireland with a 114-run victory in the third ODI at Worcester on Sunday. Sophia Dunkley struck her second international century, scoring 119 off 119 balls to guide England to 291 all out. Despite Ireland's top-order batters producing starts, they were ultimately bowled out for 177.

Lauren Filer (3-27), Mady Villiers (3-33), and Tilly Corteen-Coleman (2-34) were the pick of the England bowlers. The win marked a series whitewash for the hosts. Alice Capsey was run out cheaply, and Dunkley holed out in the deep as England lost 6-31 in the final overs.

In the chase, Cara Murray claimed a career-first four-for for Ireland, but Alice Tector and Amy Hunter's 56-run stand was not enough. Corteen-Coleman then cleaned up the tail, with Filer finishing off the job by dismantling Kia Mc Cartney's stumps. Sophia Dunkley was named Player of the Series and Match.

She expressed her goal to open the batting in all formats following the series win.
