Crystal Palace cruised to a 4-0 win over Polish champions Lech Poznan in their first-ever Europa League game at Selhurst Park.

Lech's Mikael Ishak missed a close-range chance early, and Palace punished them when Yeremy Pino intercepted a poor throw and scored. Chris Richards headed in Adam Wharton's corner for the second, and Pino won a penalty that Jorgen Strand Larsen converted.

Lech's Radoslaw Murawski was sent off late, and substitute Eddie Nketiah finished a nice move to seal the win. Ismaila Sarr also came on for his first appearance since a failed summer move to Liverpool.

Palace boss Pierre Sage was satisfied with the four different scorers and clean sheet but noted his team must be more consistent with the ball.
