Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford moved into sole possession of sixth place on the NFL's all-time passing touchdown list after a stellar performance in Monday night's 28-6 win over the New York Giants. Stafford's third-quarter 11-yard touchdown pass to Davante Adams was his 426th career regular-season touchdown, moving him past Philip Rivers. He finished the game with four total touchdown passes and 327 passing yards. "I am a huge fan of this league, have been since I was a little kid," Stafford said. "And to be mentioned in the same light as some of the guys that I grew up watching and idolizing... it's a special feeling." Stafford now trails only Tom Brady (649), Drew Brees (571), Peyton Manning (539), Aaron Rodgers (528) and Brett Favre (508) on the all-time list. He is the second player in NFL history with 25 or more three-touchdown games for multiple franchises (25 Rams, 42 Lions).
